History of Brea Country Condominiums
Brea Country Condominiums was built in the early 1970s. Three different sections are available to the complex, including the 1600, 1700, and 1800 series. There are four units per structure/building – Two on each floor, totaling 50 units on the first and 50 more on the second floor.

Parking Spots – Brea Country Condos designates parking spaces for each unit of their condominium complex. The first floor units have 1 carport, which is always outside and located at the end of building space, plus an additional space outside that is available. For the second floor units, there are two carports provided.
Unit and Lot Location – Depending on the model series available and where the unit lot is located, the views vary as well. Units at the South and North end of the complex (1600 and 1800 series) are facing the streets, while the ones located in the middle of the complex have minimal street noise. There are also units that are facing the swimming pool area, some facing trees, and others just overlook the neighborhood itself.
Full Utilities– All units include full electric (no gas) air conditioners, furnace, and water heater. Hookups for laundry equipments are provided, but for those who choose not to have a washing machine, a community laundry room is available for use.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms – All units have two bedrooms, but the bathrooms vary from one to two. One-bath units come with a walk-in closet in the master bedroom, while two bath units do not. However, all have either side-by-side or stackable laundry hook ups.
